More details on group transportation from POP to your villa in Orchid Bay will be provided by Ryann, our logistics & booking coordinator, after RSVPing ‘yes’. If flying into another airport, she will help you book a ride into Cabrera.  Please be mindful that some flights from the US are overnight & double check your arrival date.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PASSPORT YET OR IF YOUR PASSPORT EXPIRES IN THE NEXT YEAR - APPLY ASAP

If your passport expires within the next year, please apply for a passport renewal. The US-DR VISA Agreement requires your passport to be valid minimum 6 months beyond your return date. Current processing times are 10-13 weeks for a new passport.

All guests will be staying in an all-inclusive villa in the gated & walkable community of Orchid Bay. All wedding events will take place here. Once you RSVP, you will receive an email about accommodations. Bookings will be streamlined through Ryann, our logistics coordinator, and rooms will be assigned and reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Villas will be shared with your friends and/or family.

VILLA PRICING

Four-night stay with food & beverage:

  • Single Rooms (1 person): starts at $2,000 per person

  • Shared Rooms (2 people): starts at $1,250 per person

  • Shared Rooms (3+ people): starts at $950 per person (limited rooms available; first come, first serve)

  • Children add-on to shared room: extra for meal plan

This ranges depending on your villa. Please note that due to the DR being a developing country, credit cards will not be accepted for booking your stay - Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo are the preferred methods of payment; let Ryann or Emily know if there are any issues with this.
